Verizon in Lubbock?

When will Verizon be available in Lubbock, TX (79415). We have Alltel, but Verizon is not available yet when I go to Verizon's website to order service. Any idea on when Alltel becomes Verizon in Lubbock, TX?

I think its August-Sept... Don't hold me on that.

I have family wating to switch too. They have AT&T now and are out of contract. They said AT&T is horrible out there.

Oh, it is July? WOW! Its going faster then we thought over here. Last time we heard, it was going to be Aug- early Sept. Awesome. Ill tell my family that.
