New Every two Inquiry

I have 100 dollar credit for my new every 2. My question is if I choose a 79.99 dollar phone. Now as we all know verizon tacts on an extra 50 dollars to the phone offering the MIR. Making that phone cost 129.99. Going with my new every two. Will the corporate store still charge that extra 30 dollars plus tax or do they waive it being that it is stemming off the new every two and a phone under 100 dollars was choosen. This is the first time i have ever waited the 2 years. This is why I dont know the answer. If anybody can help shed some light on the situation for me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The phone will be 49.99 and then you get the $50 MiR. Bringing the phone to 0.

So there is no way around that charge? The reason I ask is bc money is tight and its hard to shell out 50 bucks even though they will be returning it. So it looks like unfortuately it appears that ordering it online might be my best option correct. Because online the rebate is automatic thus being no charge.

Corp stores should be able to put it on your bill.

Indirects accept credit cards.

The rebate comes back in 2-3 weeks.

It's $50 for a phone that more than likely retails for over 300.

NE2 is a credit UP TO $100/$50/$30. example you have $100.00 NE2, phone runs $99.99 before rebate. Your out of pocket would be $50 plus tax, you send away for the rebate paying only tax in the end.

In your case, if the phone is 129.99 before rebate, you will pay $50 upfront, and your NE2 credit will actually be 79.99 not the full $100.

The best way around this is to place the order on-line as rebates are applied instantly..
