I read something that said it should be back in the future. Current customers that are on the old $20 pricing still have the feature. New customers on the $10 pricing, or old customers that migrate to that pricing won't have it. I don't know the exact reasons but I think it may have been some kind of performance issue. I think they are working on it and it will be offered again in the future.

Group ptt is still available on the new ptt plans. There is a new way of setting it up. I can't remember how, call cust care they should know.

I didn't think so either I tried the web site like you used to but that doesn't work.

I checked my resources at work and got some more info. If you've already established a group list on the ptt website from your old ptt plan then you can manage that group list still. If you are a brand new ptt user and you have never established a group list then customer service has to set up the list for you, then you can edit it on the ptt website after its been setup.
...
BUT if you are a new customer on new pricing or an existing customer that migrates to new pricing you will no longer have that feature.
...
But if you go in the store or talk to CS they will explain to you that this feature will be available again in the future.
...
Right... I just read that somewhere also.

Scoot, group ptt is available. If you are a new ptt user customer service sets up the group list for you. I know this for a fact because I set up a list for someone yesterday. Once the group list has been created then you can manage it on the ptt website.
This is the last time i'm saying this info, if you want to beleive what others say then I guess you won't be using an available feature. Supposedly when upper management was handing out the ptt reference guide that specificly mentions this some agents/reps were left out.
I'm sorry you had to witness what has happened.
