VZW Reps: So I failed my credit verification questions..
i was starting up service today with vzw and after having my credit checked was connected to the dept to be asked questions to I guess verify myself for my credit or what not (questions only i should know blah blah) and thanks to a question that was in regards to a loan, in which i had two opened within days of each other and vzw couldnt tell me which one, i failed.
I was told i could fax in a utility bill with my name and address but I just moved to my new address, havent received any bills yet, and most of which are in my wifes name anyway.....anyone know anything else that I can do to verify myself?

Go into your local store, they can run your credit, and get you activated, plus your helping your local economy.

It may not be approved due to an existing application. Try the store, they can talk with credit review.

He is saying he did talk with credit review... Once you have failed and authentication the ONLY way to get service is to fax in what they are asking. Sorry that's just the way that it works. The failed authentication will fall off in 90 days and you can try it again... but that's about it.

They also accept bank statements and vehicle registration (both of these must include photo state ID as well). I can't recall if they accept anything else. Of course, things might have changed, but I'm pretty sure they'll still accept those two things.

Exactly....just call back credit review. They will tell you what to fax back, either a driver's license and registration, or utility bill. After they receive it, it will be approved in about 15 - 20 minutes.

yea, talked to vzw again and they are having me fax my rental agreement and drivers license so im doing that first thing tomorrow...crossing my fingers
