I have the dare....what's the versa like?
Is the screen bigger? Im kinda looking for a more "iphone" SIZED screen......

no the screen is still 3". it features an improved browser, improved UI with 3 diff home screens, cool 3d block animations, and alot more customization. plus it has the attachable keyboard and other accessories.

I REALLY like the look of this phone (especially with the keyboard attached). I haven't gotten a change to try out the interface yet, but if it is decent this will be the first phone that might pull me away from my EnV2.

Everyone I've seen in the store has been impressed with the design, but no one has been wild about the faux-leather and the slightly narrower screen.

I actually like the leather look.. it looks and feels like a wallet. I really need to find a way to get this phone.

Screen size is identical. The Versa is equal to or superior to the Dare in every concievable way except for two items:
1: Camera is 2.0 MP compared to Dare's 3.2 MP.
2: Headset jack is 2.5mm, not 3.5mm
The second one may or may not be considered a downer. I actually like the smaller port because I don't use my phone for music and I like cabled headsets better then BT stuff.
The browser is better. WAY better. Physical keyboard is modular so if you don't like it, don't use it. Historically I've never been happy with all-touch resistive screens because my thumbs are too big and I can't hit just one key at a time. My thumbs haven't gotten any smaller, but I'll tell you that I have no problem at all typing things out on the Versa...
