Yeah, so I just got sent my 3rd voyager and its starting to have problems. I called verizon warranty department and they said I get a comparable phone to my voyager. The only phone I can think of is the Dare. Can you watch youtube on the Dare like the voyager? If you can't, what other phones could I get to play youtube that is not a smartphone. Thanks

the dare plays youtube.

keep in mind if you get a diff phone thru the warranty its new, different, and free. but it also uses up your upgrade. you would have to wait another 20 months or 12 depending on your plan.

this is an email i sent to all execs and regional presidents of verizon wireless in hopes that they would do something to right the wrongs that have been done to some of their former employees. I am a current employee at the Canton retail location in Georgia who wishes to remain anonymous. I would appreciate a few moments of your time to be enlightened about the injustices that has happened at the retail location in Canton, Georgia. Many of you that i am contacting today don't work in the south area but should know about this to protect your employees in your area from any of the same doing. I would appreciate it if after you have read this email to at least reply that you have read my email. If you feel you can go further and even acknowl...

You are getting a new phone for free, so getting a new phone now is verizon allowing you to upgrade early. This pushes your upgrade date to 20 months past the day you upgrade.

If it is not your 3rd replacement within 30 days, you may not get a new phone.

From what I understand they are getting the new phone, they are just wondering how it works.

Policy is actually 2 clnrs in 90 days so if it gets replaced yesterday and and 3 weeks from now and you don't qaulify for an early upgrade they will send you a new phone.

This is correct. IF they do it It, yes, voids your upgrade and resets it. If this is a primary line you are STILL elig for annual upgrade (12 months) you do not get to pick the phone and fi you are in a voyager vx10000, your option is a voyager vx10000s. Not a dare. A dare is a different line. Could a manager override this? yes. As well, they are strict to the DAY for this option because the phone is written off entirely. They just do this because they are sick of hearing from you having problems with your phone. (Usually its a Glyde? haha) Dont expect to just complain a bunch ESP in the store and get a new phone. Its a very watched over process.
