Omnia Help!!!
Does anybody know if Verizon plans to offer the Samsung Ominia in a regular phone to compliment the smart phone version. Just like ATT did with the incite and their regular phone version of it is the Eternity. I hope so because I like the Omnia a lot but dont need nor want smart phone capabilities.

The omnia is a Windows Mobile device. If they offer a Dumb phone version of it it would be essentially the Dare. If you like the interface on it, you want Windows Mobile which means you want a smart phone.

No I dont want it to be a smart phone I have no need for windows. Yeah I guess u can say something essentially like the dare that is correct. However, I like the styling of the omnia better. I am hoping for a phone like the smasung Eternity. Which is a dumb phone version of the Omnia but thats on ATT. I was hoping verizon would have a phone like that on the horizon. I use the phone mostly for placing/receiving calls, mobile web, and txting and for camera.

get an env2. it does everything you need and way better then the eternity (except the camera but the other pluses should make up for it)
