Different departments have consultant positions available. Consultants are not the same as supes. For the most part, regular Customer Service does not have consultants (as it is national); however, various project teams have consultants throughout the country and various consultant spots open. Your best bet is to look on VZW's careers page at what is currently open in your area. A consultant for CS, if it exists, may not exist in your area. For example, let's say you're in Alabama (just for arguments sake), the Consultant spot may be located in Illinois because that is where they feel they need it. That help?
