What can I do?
I currently have a LG EnV and a mobile broadband card in which my bill is about $140/month. I want to get the storm. I am eligible for the 1 year upgrade in January. What would be the best thing that I could do to get the storm and have the smallest bill.
Should I upgrade to the storm in Jan. and then do an ESN swap with the card and make the plan a family plan or is there something else that I could do to make the bill cheaper.
Please help.

I currently have a 59.99 plan with unlimited text. I currently have the 450 minutes. I do not even come close to using that much due to the fact that the people I talk to have Verizon.

well its 99.99 for two lines, 700 minutes, unlimited messaging. so you wouldnt really save that way.
you could go to the nationwide loyalty 550 min family plan 59.99 and then add a 10$ or 15$ text plan to your number tho. call customer service (800-922-0204) in January when you're ready to do this and they will go over your options.

its not on the website, its a loyalty plan. you call customer service and ask for it. its not available to new customers

wow .. i thought i saw it all but a vzw save plan + a bb storm .. thats just as bad as when i saw a 16 yr old kid with a 6600 htc on prepaid ..

its not really a save plan. its available to any existing customer who asks for it, whether they think you are going to cancel or not. its a loyalty plan not a save plan.
