employee line
so i transf some empl to the empl line. was just wondering. is everything the same like billing/equipment policies? like, what happens if empl go over the minutes? can they call into the empl line and be like "i went over my minutes and there's no way i used that many. i want credit." then the rep says "well sir, you work for us, you should know how this works so the answer is NO. " haha. no such thing as credits? ha.

I would hope a rep wouldn't be that dumb. They would deserve that responce. Everyone here knows if the system says you used the minutes, you used them. The only scenario I've ever seen was where In-Calling got counted because of an error.

ha yea, true. i just wonder if anyone working in the employee line actually gets these calls. if anyone from that dept reads this, i'm wondering if you've ever gotten crazy calls. 😁
