GOING CRAZY!!
I have the pink Curve and I love it....BUT every so often I have to pull the battery b/c I can't hear. I know people with pink Curves & Pearls with the same issue. Is there any software upgrades to stop this or is it the curse of the pink??

Interesting...I had the very same issue with my silver BB Curve. I have only been with VZW since 10/15 and only by desperation did I realize to pull out the battery.

haha. kind of funny as i had a call about this exact issue yesterday. weird. i guess there is an issue with this phone.
you can have it replaced twice within 90 days and if still getting problems, we can replace it with a comparable model. yep.

If you would research the forum there is an update that will be released that will fix that issue it is known by rim and is resolved in this upcomin update.

It's a known issue. Apparently happens on the Curve and Pearl. After receiving any type of mms with any sound, it causes the ear piece to stop working, only fix is a battery pull until software update is released.
