Ok guys
I think I may be staying with VZW...I just couldn't stand the boulder another day so I went to the store today and the sweetest lady helped me, even though she didn't have to. (I got my phone online)
She helped me pick out a new phone (different model) only charged me for the difference and transferred everything over to it from my old Sprint phone...GREAT in-store experience!
I got the LG Voyager...WOW! what a KICK $#& phone! I'm lovin it! it does everything I want and more!

Yeah your right she didnt have to help you....got your phone on-line taking money out of peoples pockets you should be ashamed of yourself....JK....... GLad she helped you man, glad your liking the voyager, you might want to look at the bodyglove case and screen protectors.
