Navigator
What the heck...any one else having issues since an update went out last week. My navigator is taking crazy routes and adding hours onto trips i took with it less then a month ago. I have been using nav since it came out and have always loved it but I swear they screwed something up after update. I have been using it on shortest route instead of fastest since the update because the fastest setting is totally off

i will test the devices at work to see what it comes up with. i havent seen any issues with my phone.
try dialing *228 and then press 2 once the voice prompt comes up. music should start up, so keep pressing it until the music starts. let the programing finish and the phone will reset. this should refresh your connection to the network, may resolve the issue you are having.

tried it on multiple phones without problems. distance of travel was 20 miles. i would say go to where the application is on the gin menu, hit the top right button on your keypad for options, erase the application and redownload it. that should fix it

i didnt travel the distance during the test. i launched it on multiple phones with a few different destinations aprox 20 miles away and they came back with the same direction of travel that vznav usually shows. i used vznav yesterday and it worked without any issues and i have the latest software downloaded.

I am not having trouble with 20 miles...try something like 300 miles that you know and see what it says. I have 3 phones, tried it on my other one with same result

Have you looked at the Traffic settings? I mean some trips take you way out to avoid traffic now, and those routes are calculated based on history, time of day, etc.
As one example, I can route to Long Island on a Sunday and cut across Manhattan. Not on Monday, no way. It will pick the bridge or tunnel with the least delay.

My mom has it on her phone, and lately it's been acting up a bit. We use it a lot (we're photographers and we sometimes meet our customers at their homes or somewhere else), but the only thing that's really been odd about it has been that it's been slow. It would tell us to turn on a road that we passed just a few seconds ago.
