So...I just received my Verizon Pearl yesterday...and it's gorgeous and does MMS and is tons of fun. Except...it is slow as hell. when i open Navigator, it takes like 1 full minute to open and it's ridiculous. Also, when I open a text message, and go to respond, it takes FOREVER! and then when I start putting text in, I am regularly about 1-2 words ahead of the letters showing on the screen....what's going on? I've reset the phone, I've pulled the battery. I've removed apps I don't need. I don't know what else to do! PLease HELP!! ☹️

Don't buy Verizon crippleware?

Sorry, I really have no idea. Could be a faulty processor... Maybe?

Yes, the Pearls have issues of their own with the software. It can be fixed by downloading the latest upgrade of software. Fortunately, Verizon does not touch Blackberry phones, and Trygon must be one of those people that can just assume ****. Get your facts right.

did you buy a memory card? the pearl is notoriously slow without a memory card, that may be your problem, also remove everything you don't need like the russisan characters, semitic characters, etc. something else you should do is go into your media then press the blackberry key, the select options then change the reserved picture memory to 0 MB (when you get a memory card)
