Is it possible to use Windows Live Messenger on a Voyager? The phone is my nephew's, and I haven't had a chance to look at it. If so, are there any data charges if you have Mobile Web?

yes. under 'get it now' > 'extras'
and no charge except message charges and it's included if you have unlimited message plan.
