Ringback tones not working
its irritating me.. for some reason.. my ringback tones are not working.. they are not expired nor have i cancelled the service. i have been using the ringback tone service for 2 years now and this is the first time this is happening to me. When callers call me they tell me how surprised they are that there is a normal ring rather than a ringback playing..

Your best bet would be to call Tech Support (i know..i know)...But let them know and check all settings. It can happen since it's stored in a seperate system. Computers do make errors too ya know 🙂 ...but they can't fix what isn't identified.
