Curve on VZW Webiste
Probably not news to most but the Curve is available for sale on the VZW website. I ordered mine today and got confirmation of the order. Delivery is 1 - 2 biz days. Seems, however, that they forgot to upload a pic of the Curve. I think everyone knows what it looks like by now.

I'm not a new customer.I was able to place the order at around 1145 EST today however I went back in around 130 to show someone that it was already on the website but it didn't come up. Keep trying!! I was about to give up yesterday and got lucky today so keep at it. I also had to call vzw for something else and asked the rep what's all the confusion with the curve and he said all he knows is that the launch date is the 6th. Yesterday they told me the 9th online and the 12th in stores. So they're all over the place.

Thanks BBLVR. I hope it's the 6th, that would be awesome! The 9th seemed to be the most semi-official, but the earlier the better!

It's supposed to be the 9th, but if you can get it early, all the more power to you.

i love how VZW never knows their release dates. It like with the enV2, people were getting it thru chat and telesales a week or 2 before it was avail online or thru the stores. pick a date VZW and stick to it already

I'm not a new customer. I used my NE2 on the order. The order status link in the email I got says my order has been processed and I should get it in 1 -2 day.
HOWEVER, when I look at the site now I don't even see the Curve on it. When I ordered mine there was no picture posted either. I called CS and they have the order and it's completed pending shipping. I also tried to get back to the site and show someone but the site wouldn't respond. Go figure. FYI I placed my order at 10:30 AM Eastern today.

hey guys let me know if you get it by tuesday. the order will be processed tomorrow (hopefully for you all) and if they have overnight still being offered then will get it tuesday. but weird how it showed it online and later it was gone, a fluke maybe? i dont see any pricing in the official areas so that tells me its not available yet (i do know its available online before but it still has equip pricing). i took an esc call because of this today and on a side note i looked thru this guys remarks and he had been calling since 11/2007 at least 3 times a month asking when we get it... come on! thats why you use sites like these for rumors cuz cust service is not going to know that

Per the email I got today from VZW Online Orders, FedEX will deliver it tomorrow before 3:00 PM. I tracked the package and it's on schedule.

That's right, due to technical difficulties a few of you got them early. They aren't actually slated for release for at least another week or two, so those that did get them, enjoy!

After the Mother's Day sale is Red Hot Deal Days (03/12/2008-???). The enV(2) and Curve will be about $30-$50 LESS than what it is now. You might want to wait...
