OMG! VZW's new plans... WTF?
Ok, first of all, I've been on vacation. I've been out of the loop a little bit, I went to look at my account online and noticed there are new plans, so I looked into the new plans... I was SHOCKED! 😲 Is VZW trying to get rid of the Family Plans? I can't really think of anything else. They are horrible!

I was able to switch my 4 family share plans to the next higher price, but with the reduced add a phone price I saved $20/month and have 300 more minutes.

when we went through the family share plan training, the first thing all the reps said was the new plans were going to confuse the hell out of the customer.
