My new EnV2--and does anyone know
So i got my EnV2 yesterday in maroon and i love it.
It has great sound quality but i wish it would ring louder but the ear piece volume is great. I do not like the little outside screen that much but i can get used to that. It does not have a flash and i miss that (i had the orange EnV)
Okay so maybe i have not played with the phone enuf but does anyone know how to set the key lock timer for the outside to be longer so it does not come on so fast???

I had to order the phone from 1-800-922-0204 I had to us my upgrade to get it and use my NE2 credit but i love the phone. It is my understanding that is the only way to get the phone right now

i tired to use that # and they told me that i could not get the env2 yet that i had to wait. i have a $100 NE2 and they still told me no do i need to call back and try again?

From some of your previous post you claim to work for VZW. Hmmm- now you say you have an EnV2 BUT they are not available on-line or with CS yet. You must really be high up in the company to get that phone before it goes on sale.

The ENV2 Was released Apr22 according to telesales. I ordered one and had another person port over to VZW and order one. These folks said in store date is Apr 30. I don't see it on the website yet. Call and order the VX-9100 in Black or Red.

I can this I am a plain old Joe customer of VZW for 51/2 yrs and I called the CS # from the website and argued with every sales person till I found one who knew what I was talking about.

Does anyone know if the rebate can be filled out on-line?
