Sending ringtones via vzwpix.com

You used to be able to send 30 second or less mp3 files to your VZW phone from any e-mail address. Just had to send it to your phone#@vzwpix.com with the attachment. Now it doesn't arrive on my phone. Did VZW somehow block this? If so, how can I get split mp3 files on my phone to use as ringtones?

Only with verizon 🤣 , you can pay out the butt and use GIN for 3 bucks a pop. Many others are recently complaining about your same dilemma, looks like verizon restrictive ways are tightening even further!!

sucks because GIN doesn't even offer the ringtones I want. There's gotta be a way.

I don't understand y you directed that at me, it's TRUE others are struggling to use that method to get their ringtones, it has worked for a long time, now it seems that is does not...it's also true that verizon is the most restrictive carrier when it come to getting ring tones.

The guy asks a question, you start into your TYPICAL rant against VZW. Anyone that reads any of your posts sees what you are. You didn't answer his question.

Look, just post a final post in the VZW forum saying VZW sux, I hate VZW, they cripple their phoes, I love Sprint because of PTT, I love at&t because of GSM and leave it at that.

Ignore anything Brown27 says, he is just a useless troll.

Did you maybe block incoming emails at vtext.com? Just to check, log into vtext.com, go to preferences and then text blocking. Make sure you dont have it set to block email or web content.

As somebody else said use funformobile.. The other thing you can try is to save your mp3 under your mysounds folder on a memory card and then just send it as a pix message to yourself. works everytime as long as the file isn't to big.
