Indirect Verizon Agents - Looking for advice
Considering bringing Verizon as the main product at my store and would like an honest opinion on how they treat indirect agents.

good and bad. YOu get good perks to go exlusively verizon but if you are selling other cariers nothing real special. Where are you located I might have some good info for you if you are in the right market.

the corp stores hate us. we get the shaft on new releases, they don't let us do crap in our stores, distinguishing us from them, and they have job security while (in this area [central IL] at least) they have distinguished themselves as individuals with horrid customer service and bad manners.

sometimes we get turn and burns from corp stores. telling the customer to return the phones that they bought from us because "we are not a real verizon store"....now tell me what kinda @#$% is that.
