Verizon doesn't get charged for roaming???
Maybe you could clear up the confusion?

You are likely correct on the first count, as to what they meant, and definitely correct on the second. The Nationwide SingleRate plan has NO roaming whatsoever, but it's pretty pricey, from $35 for 150 anytime minutes to $300 for 3000 anytime, 1000 Weekend minutes are available for $10, no nights available. It's mostly intended for truckers & the like, or businesses that have people out in the boonies a lot, like oilfield companies. It is available to the general public, though...
