let me explain my situation , its a little complicated

ok so i got a new phone last month because i was elligible, i found out that i did not like

it. so i returned that to get the enV. Now it came with a $50 mail in rebate, so i mailed

the UPC in. Its been about a week and i've found that this phone is just not for me, it

doesnt have good call quality ( i mean it sounds like the other person is in a can) and

its too difficult for me to use . is there any way to just return it for one last time and just

get the phone i started out with?

you already mailed in the rebate so it might get complicated

if you can't return it, you'll have to ebay it and just buy another one

Call Customer service I have had really good luck with Verizon. They have done a lot for me. Just be honest with them and ask them if they can please help you out.

I was amazed how helpful they were. I would guess it will work out for you. Just make sure what you want this time

Well, policy is that you cant return it after you cut it out, go into a local store, they might charge you the $50 difference, but you would be able to get a different phone.

they might charge u a restocking fee. I work for an indirect and we've made an exception a couple of times and that is what we did. Hope that helps. Good Luck!

no such thing as a restocking fee. If the manager made an exception it would be charging you 50.00 for the rebate you already sent in for. The problem isn't the rebate so much as it is this would be your second return. The receipts all say you can only make one exchange with the exception of warranty related issues.

Here's some info that might help.

1st Issue: VZW has a 30 WFG-Worry Free Guarantee, meaning that you can return any equipment or accessory purchased, or go back to an old price plan w/ in 30 days if you do not love your purchase. The catch though, is that you can only do it once. Once that first exchange is completed, the sale is final. So in your situation, b/c you have already had 1 exchange, you have to be the charmer. Call into C/S and be nice. That is the trick. Gotta be careful though, b/c your acct will be noted by all reps you speak with, and one angry word can get your acct flagged and you'll never get your money back.

2nd Issue: YOu mentioned you also removed the UPC label, and submitted the mail in rebate. That's ok, that d...
