Is VZW Blocking Goog?
I have used Goog 411 countless times to get business telephone numbers. However, I'm unable to connect as of a few days ago.
Does anybody else who uses the service have problems or is VZW blocking the number?

It still works on the older TDMA at AT&T. The number is 18004664411 or 1800GOOG411. Wow, I have been calling this # for a while now and just realized the acronym 🙂

no, what i think he's referring to is the text to google info, which is short code GOOGL (or 46645). I haven't had a problem with it lately, I use it all the time!

If you use 1-800-FREE411 make sure you do not go to any of there advertising or get text messages from them, you will get charged for preium text messages.
With GOOGL (46645) I have noticed at times it can be very delayed but I think that is google not Verizon.

Yes I was referring to the 800 number not the text. However its working again.
Maybe the problem was because I had been in a different state, don't know.

I actually send texts to 466453 to get my info texted back to me.
And yes the goog 411 number works fine for me also.
