Can you use a prepay phone on a post-pay account? For example, if I bought a prepay phone at Best Buy or Target, could I activate on my Family Share Plan (post-pay account)?

Most likely not. You're not supposed to, but in the past people have done it. They pretty much closed up that window though. You can try it, but you will almost certainly not get it activated.
