Can you use Cellebrite to flash phones? I've heard you can but I wasn't exactly sure how. Any ideas? Is this just a false rumer? Thanks for your help!

Definitely false. As of right now you can only do it using the PST software. There are a few phones that will be using over the air software upgrades soon, but that's it.

The UME24 Cellebrite is used only for transfering contacts. There is also a UME36, which can transfer pictures, videos, contacts, Get It Now applications, etc. but it costs more for customers and is not readily available yet.

We have the UME36 at my store. It will "sometimes" transfer things other than contacts. LG phones tend to transfer the best. You canNOT transfer Get It Now applications. Verizon would never allow that. You can't save Get It Now applications on a memory card either.
