Can i buy the new Q without buying a data plan?
i really want the new motorola q9m and i am upgrading from the samsung a990. i really dont need the internet or data since i am only going to use the phone for a planner, camera, texting messages/pictures/videos and obviously.. as a phone. I have the unlimited verizon to verizon messaging already and thats pretty much the only extra plan i need.
is there anything i should know if i do buy the Q and not buy a data plan?

i had the same question, with smartphones they use data to send crap like pictures. otherwise a rep said u can get it with the data plan then change it to a voice only plan later. see:
