Holiday Promotions
My contract with T-Mobile expires on Monday, November 29th and I am considering porting to Verizon Wireless. Good idea or not? Is the network expected to improve over the next 2 years (as I will be signing away to a 2 year deal)?
Also, I have noticed that they have some really good holiday promotions on phones. Are these expected to last into next week?

No,I have T-Mobile now i used to have Verizon they suck and the calls are always being lost. Plus mobile to mobile doesnt even work everywher

If I were you, I would switch. I was on ATT TDMA, and there coverage was pretty good, but the call quality sucked. I went to Verizon, and the coverage in unbearable. I have had 2 dropped calls in the 4 months that I have had my phone, and they were both in the same spot. I think that the key is making sure that you get a tri-mode phone. I have the LG VX6100. I love the phone. It does have a volume bug, but I can live with that. Everything else is great about it. The Single mode/band phones do not get as much coverage as the tri-mode phones. All in all, I am very pleased with my choice to switch.
