why do most verizon reps and verizon suck ups bash around other networks, is that their work ethics?? go mud sling on other carriers and spread propaganda so that they could make their company look better??? just a thought, because i dont see it much with other networks' forums... 🙂 i know verizon is a good network, no need to bash on other networks to make it look better.

Most of them base their comments from experiences of several years ago. I think it's funny everytime I hear someone praise whichever carrier they port out to (and regret not doing it sooner) They truth is that this company brainwashes its employees and its customers into believing that there's nothing better out there than themselves. Why do they keep doing it, I don't know. It's obvious that AT&T has become their best competitor, (with T-Mobile not far behind) and still, Vz keeps doing things to their customers (read: cripple, UI etc) to piss them off. It's just a matter of time before things start collapsing at Vz maybe not on a major scale, but it sure will hurt.

I do notice they have a respect for at&t nowadays. No at&t doesn't excel where VZW excels which is overall network performance but ok and still way better than the rest of the pack. That's what I'm getting these days.

Why do most ppl who are on other networks (in your case, ATT, judging from your phone review) call any criticism of their company or network 'bashing', even when its justified? 👀
Face it, ATT dropped their 'fewest dropped calls' claim because they couldn't back it up. Its sure not bashing to comment on that. But it's definitely sucking up to ATT to claim that it is.
And, if you honestly think other carriers' fans and employees don't bash VZW, you're practicing some pretty selective reading skills there, ace. People are people, no matter where you go. 😉

i just dont get it when some people post those news, which is soo irrelevant to the verizon forum thinking that it was about att and the other one about sprint...what do you get in posting that??? does it relate to the verizon forum in any way...it should've been posted to the proper forum, which is att. if it was posted here, then that would mean a different thing! its like discrediting the other to look good...because that would be soooo lame...im just wondering if thats how verizon do business... 😁

Posting stuff like that in the ATT forum leads to a flame war. Some peeps just don't like to hear bad news, if you know what I'm sayin'.
In any case, yeah, its relevant to the VZW forum 'cuz ATT is a competitor, and how they market matters, just as how VZW markets matters to them, too.

the only time I ever bash on another carrier is when the customer starts it..... I help them vent!
no but seriously, VZW has better signal in my area and cheaper text messaging packages on the low end:
$5 VZW = 250 msg
$5 at&t = 200 msg
$10 VZW = 500msg + m2m
$10 at&t = 200msg + m2m or 400 msg + 1mb MEdia Net
