No more CSR
I'm hearing (well reading) in howard forums that vzw is getting rid of the csr spot and making all rsr has anyone else heard this?

They've been saying that since the beginning of the year. CSR are gonna get E-Codes... Universal Sales Reps... No more VISION... It's all still the same. But so far they are not hiring any new CSR's, but if you're a CSR now you will always be a CSR. At least in the south area.

If thats what your doing in the south.... I feel sorry for you. In the Midwest we have added 4 new CSR's (CCR's) within the past few months in my class A store. I know we almost got rid of the Techs but have not heard anything about removing the CSR position.

Does a new title for CSRs mean they can get commissions? If there are no techs, where would people bring their phones for troubleshooting?

they want to outsource everything that isnt "banker hours", maybe change business hours totally. they're pissing off a lot of their reps with their scheduling they have going on, and the long hours are tolling on the company. they have to staff at all hours.
