the company abuses their employees, I have to work a normal week but also have to dedicate every single bit of free time I have towards buisness calls andextra meetings and sales meetings and training sessions,... I have had my share as well.
I will still keep VZW for my cell phone provider, but I am done with sales and retail in general.

I have two great friends, one was recently fired after many great years of service, very faithful. My other friend is leaving any week now because of what you mentioned.
I as a customer and extremely done with them for two reasons. The UI. The coverage is dissipating fast where I live, not the verizon I was subscribed to years back.

Sorry to hear about that fellas...It's interesting to me how people have stated that they have experienced network degradation in some areas...

If there is network degradation, I know what the culprit is.
CDMA. As more users share a given tower, the signal strength goes down. You know how VZW has been with their net adds. Blame the net adds!

I know in my little town there are a few analog towers left and they are doing some work on the digital towers to make them a little stronger and fading out the analog. but they are doing it at night so we only have problems then.

Yeah, the network degradation is becoming a big problem. I have only noticed it on verizon towers, the extended network is great. I am also looking at moving on, as someone said, the network I signed up for 6 years ago is no longer there, it has gone down hill big time.
