Verizon Wireless Rules!!!

😁 So it's slow at the call center tonight, no escalations, customers that actually understand what we're telling them, and we're resolving concerns on the first call!! For all of you that talk so much crap about the Customer Service with Verizon Wireless I invite you to call in and have an engaging conversation with anyone of our highly trained CSR, and then come back here bragging about your combination company, haven't you ever heard the saying that two wrongs don't make a right???? Well if you haven't now you have, and soon enough Cingular will realize the mistake that they made, and I'll be here watching their customers march over to Verizon Wireless,so that we can provide them with a wireless solution for their mobile phone needs. Hi Sarah,

Since you are a CSR, maybe you know when the software update will be out for the cdm 9900, so that we can get rid of the mobile IM program?

I handle escalated issue for the most part, so when I get them it's usually because they want everything for nothing. Some escalations are ligit, however majority is somebody trying to get something for nothing. As a company we really do give a lot to our customers, and I think that they take advantage of it, and want more. The buck stops here though, if it's a valid request, then I'll work with you. If you're just looking for a way out of paying your bill, or looking for a free phone because you upgraded 4 months ago and you like a phone that is out now and don't want to pay full price...you escalated to the wrong girl!! 🙂
