I handle escalated issue for the most part, so when I get them it's usually because they want everything for nothing. Some escalations are ligit, however majority is somebody trying to get something for nothing. As a company we really do give a lot to our customers, and I think that they take advantage of it, and want more. The buck stops here though, if it's a valid request, then I'll work with you. If you're just looking for a way out of paying your bill, or looking for a free phone because you upgraded 4 months ago and you like a phone that is out now and don't want to pay full price...you escalated to the wrong girl!! 🙂
