technically no, but it has worked everytime I have done it. It says somewhere on there that it is with a new 1 or 2 year agreement.

Don't know if you can get the rebate online or not. Do a search on their website to see. But once you getting it just fill it out and send it in with a receipt and upc off the box and it should work. Can't guarantee that, but like I said I've never had a problem with it. Good luck

Like the posts before me had said, technically no, but I've never seen it refused.

Verizon Wireless uses a company called "Young America" for our rebate program. If you have specific questions like this one that Customer Service may not have a final answer on, call into *611 support and ask for the Young America phone number.

I'd give it to you, but I don't have it here at home.

Yes, you get the rebate (even on full retail). Now that I think about it, the only times you can't get a rebate are: 1) There's no rebate promo at the time, 2) The location you get the phone from is not a participating location (this is an EXTREMELY rare occurance). or 3) If a phone is upgraded on corporate discount there's no rebate, unless the ordering rep sends one out by mistake.
