Long story short:

I've had a chocolate since fall 06. Last weekend I was staying in a hotel and the phone slipped out of my pocket and into the toilet. You have to go to testman.verizonwireless.com and enter 99999 as a zip.

Try this link. It should go right to the black U740, but if it doesn't, just go to the site manually.
