?'s about working as a CCR for VZ
Do any of you work for VZ as a customer care rep? Do any of you work in the STL area? Can you give me some ideas on how much you can make as a salary/hourly wage? How are the benefits? I am moving back to my hometown and am looking to go from TMob customer care to VA customer care. Any thoughts? 😁

I'm still in training but so far I've been enjoying the experience. I'm in the DC area and we are pretty well taken care of for the most part.

they'll typically start you out at a 22k a year salary, plus any overtime, bonus', or commission if you go into sales. the benefits are great! you get full coverage on everything from the day you start. 401k, they match up to 6% of what you invest. great company to work for. plus they'll pay for school, everything. big discounts too

I work as a web chat consultant for VZW. We are in the sales department. We do not get to work for commission. Don't get me wrong, we get credits for the sales as for like little incentives for gift cards and such, but nothing big. 😢

Starting salery varies by call center, if you go to www.verizonwireless.com and click the careers link at the bottom of the page you can search if there is a center in that area hiring and it might give some info on starting salery.
VZW is a great company to work for, you get great benefits and will work in a quality driven enviroment.
