y does my usage say that i have been using my phone when?.......
i am in the Philippines and there is no service for verizon out here? im pissed because i just went on verizon's website and checked my account and it says that i have used my phone and its taking away minutes when i am away on vacation!! IM PISSED WTF?

Check your detailed bill to see when the usage is on that bill. Usage can't be made up, it either you used it or a billing error.

I have observed the same thing, in my case a minute will show up when someone calls and the call goes to voice mail. I have made calls to my number with the phone off, made a note of the time and verified a minute shows up on my bill at that time. Verizon denies this can happen.
