I work for tmobile, and have 2 1/2 years with the company. Im debating on working for verizon, and its a tough decision. Im an assistant manager with t-mobile, and since verizon doesnt like to hire people straight to management, id have to take a step down. i need some verizon employees to convince me so the decision isnt as tough. thanks

Are you looking for Store or Call Center? I personally work in the Call Center. Your position can move up every 9 months if you work for it. (In the past 6 months they've been opening up a lot of "Waive Time & Title" & you can move up very quickly & very easily.)
This is my 2nd year w/ VZW & if I weren't one of those people who "works only the minimum to pay the bills" I would probably be a Supervisor by now. I mean, I definitely wouldn't mind those $17,000 bonus checks a Supervisor gets every February 28th!! Oh Yes! I've seen them! $17 T H O U S A N D!
