What??? I have had Helio since Dec 07 and I have never had any problems with them. If you only had the phone for 4 days then you would have only been charged for the time you used. I have the Ocean and I love it. The first Ocean I had the soft keys and the numeric keyboard stop working. I took it back the Helio kiosk where I purchased it from and the got a new phone with no problems. I have had the 2nd phone since Jan 7th and have had no issues. I think your story is exaggerated. You were charged a whole month because you probably kept the phone beyond the 30 days. Don't post BS. Be truthful about your experience. You can have a bad experience with any wireless carrier. Rolling Eyes
