All right well credit is always a big deal in any "contract" company, but after that is all resolved then all you have to do i call 1-888-88-HELIO (CUSTOMER SERVICE) and tell them that you want to activate your phone, and they will walk you through it **make sure that you get the cell # and activation code for that particular phone... then you should be set.
