That's unfortunate. I've been with Helio since Dec 07 and I love the service. All the reps that I have talked to have been in the US. I have an Ocean and I did have to exchange for a new one because the alphanumeric pad and soft keys stopped working. I took back to where I purchased it and I got a new one with no problem. You didn't mention how your phone broke. If your internal screen was leaking ink its because you must have
dropped it.

Helio will only replace your phone under warranty IF it is DEFECTIVE! If YOU break it, then you will have to call Signal or whatever the phone ins company is...thats if you have the ins for the phone and pay the $50 deductible. If you don't have the insurance then you will just have to buy a new phone out right.
