So I called, They told me to call back on Friday, I called on friday, and they told me it had to go threw level 1 and 2 supervisors still, and level 3. While I was on the phone, they got the first 2 done, I called back today, and level 3 has still not been approved.... I was as nice as possible, and explained that I have been waiting for a long time for my refund, and is there anything they can do... So, after putting me on hold for 20 minutes, the lady tells me "No, there is nothing we can do to speed up the process, when the level 3 sup. gets to it, it will be approved."

Still nice, I asked if there is anything they could do at all, and she had level 2 email level 3, and I have to call back later today....

If I call back later today, I am NOT getting off the phone until level 3 approves it, I don't care if I have to sit there for an hour.

I wouldn't care if it was like 75.00...but its 315.00!
