In the past few months Helio's service has gotten really bad. I just recently had my phone replaced under warranty and the phone they sent me is worse than the one I sent back! I called tech support yesterday and they are sending me another phone...this will be the 4th one. I called MemberCare on July 29th and I spoke with someone in cancellations. He told me to try troubleshooting thru tech support and if that doesn't work they will send me another phone. If the phone I receive doesn't work then I can cancel my service w/o being charged an etf. Its ashame that the service went to crap. Smh.
