The MotoRazr2 V9x is a much nicer phone than any that Net10 offers, & they wouldn't support it even though it is a GSM phone (I couldn't get an answer from them until AFTER I purchased this phone, THANK YOU Net10!). I didn't have much choice. Net10 will only support the phones that they offer for sale through their service, & all of them are out-of-date & obsolete technology. This is something to remember when considering Net10 (a division of TracFone). As I commented earlier in another post, their Customer Service Sux the Big 10"! That is the reason I didn't want a locked phone from them. Evil or Very Mad So I told them to take the remainder of my minutes & lube them really well... after the disaster w/ charging the wrong account, taking many months & my getting to waste uncounted hours & calls trying to correct the repeating problems to customer service reps from every non-english speaking country all over the world, filing a dispute w/ my CC company, I'm porting my number elsewhere & passing along my experiences. The only thing that Net10 does well is repeating just how appreciative they were to have had me as a customer. HAD is a key word. BITE ME!
