What a nightmare, however. They had to send me a new sim card, but when the activated it, they lost my phone number. When I realized that, I called them back, and they said it was unretrievable! I was so angry...I have had that number for so long. I pressed them on it, and an hour later after being on hold and checking with the "other department," they said that the number was available but that they would have to send another sim card.
This same story that I wrote about above went on THREE MORE TIMES. They sent simcard, wrong number attached to simcard, hour hold to see if number was available, send new sim card.
Finally, I got a person who spoke enough English to NOT activate the sim card the normal way, but to read all the notes on my account, and have the other department do it. I held my breath during the whole hour, but it worked.
Now I have everything, after having invested five hours on the phone with them. I asked them if I could have some extra minutes for all my trouble. They have me 20. Wow, 20 whole minutes!
They have a great product, but they really need to work on their customer service. As someone who is a training manager and has trained customer service departments before, I really don't know how that company can survive with such shoddy service.
