How can I get a new SIM card??? (Customer service didn't help me!)
I went to their website and through the technical support section I requested another SIM card, but a few days later I checked back and the site said my address was invalid or something like that (I have a P.O. Box); the site only asked for my street address which wouldn't be correct.
So I called them up and they didn't give me any help WHATSOEVER. Now I'm seriously considering running my phone over with my car and buying a new phone to get rid of this nightmare!!!
Anyone out there got any advice on what I should do now? I'd greatly appreciate it
