Doc Drilla...Help,please!!
Do you know when we will have the settings for the wap/mms/cache reset for the w300i?? I have gotten numberous calls and can never get all the settings checked. I have used the z520a for most issues but that does not cover everything. Just had another call as a matter of fact.
Anything you can do I would really apprecite(btw I work midnights and can't call tier2).

Try calling us before 9PM Central time. Last time I checked we got settings and everything worked out for the handset. What exact issues are you running into with the W300i?

Ok I don't come in till 11pm est and it's the same as most handsets. The customer cannot access the internet or dl tones/send mms. Under waypoint all I get when I select on w300i is that it is under review.

You can also use the wap and mms settings trait from the ericsson site .... i'll show you later when i come into work ... they work fine i used them on one fo the super's phones and it fixed the problem .... you have to delete the old setting out first
