Can anyone give some examples of a bad phone that you encountered and please be specific. Include make model and the problem. Thanks.

I ain't gone lie, the Motorola V180 phone that we have is pure trash. Why do we get the junkpile of leftovers while the other carriers get the ones fresh out of development and quality approval? I've talked with consumers in the call center that all have had terrible experiences with this phone. For one, the circuit board is very faulty and the internal antenna does not pick up very well on the 1900MHz spectrum. I'm glad it has been replaced by the more reliable Motorola V190.

Agreed. I have seen so many returns with problems on that phone with Cingular AND Cincinnati Bell. I think Cingular and Motorola had a recall on it because one of the transistors was pressing against the outer LCD display, and it took "little" pressure to crack the screen. Also add the Moto V220, T720 (*especially* the T720) and some versions of the V600.

Just my two cents. 😁

I totally agree with you. I'm not fond of Motorola phones, although I like the Razr V3. I found Nokia to be one of the better phones. They seem to hold up better. The LG phones seem like toys. I like the lcd screen and the colors, but they seem to be meant for the female gender.
