Consider, the late roll out of the Iphone, it hasn't "saved" or enhanced the company, it's simply Cannibalized sales from other models, it hasn't brought in new customers, it's 4 years too late.
Stripping qualified, sales, tech support, agent support, well, there is a way to "Improve" the company. (sarcasm)
Then the whole Mary Dillon joke of management, enough said.
Then the march forward to TOPS, not just a joke, and insult to associates, agents and more importantly the customer. Wrong billing, the "pay or else" attitude of Finacial Services even after an arrangement had been reached by customer service. In my own case the bill was 3 times what it should have been, and the only way I finally got anywhere was letting them know I'd been an agent for 11 years and went line by line over the bill, customer service came back and said you are 100% correct. Transferred to Finacial services, told "you have to pay the entire bill 1300 dollars. Told them "read the notes" was told "Cust service authorize that. This after working the bill down to 400 dollars.
And I'm far from the only one, many of my old customers have left USCC.
Want to talk about PrePaid? Disaster. U Prepaid? Disaster.
As someone who represented this company, had great customers, I now truly revile this company.
The sad part? It was all preventable---------very simply, this is years of poor mangement on display. Can't wait to see the final 1/4 report
