I have a few friends who work for US Cellular and they hate their jobs. They hate every minute of it. They say they are understaffed and over worked. They have lines of people waiting to be helped. Don't expect to make a lot of money with their new system. A billing system is the "brains" of the company. It's what runs just about everything for the customer base. If you have a crappy, lousy billing system, then your company is crappy and lousy too by default.
