The iPhone didn't save the company. It was all renewals that initial weekend it rolled out. The company was really betting on the iPh to turn things around and I just don't think it happened. Yes, wait times are still 2 to 3 hours and customers are irate. You wouldn't even run a port-a-potty or garbage collection company this badly. I don't understand why anyone would still have service with such a poorly ran company. I wouldn't. Maybe they are gluten's for punishment. I think USCC's time left is running out soon. You can't run a company this badly, especially in a competitive environment like cell phones, and survive. TOPS will be remembered as the final nail in USCC's coffin. You were smart and got out before the company went to hell in a hand basket!
